Instructions
Step 1
Use a bowl or plate the same circumference as your waffle maker then roll out the puff pastry and use the bowl to cut out two circles of pastry . Brush some oil on the plates of the waffle machine then place one layer of puff pastry on the bottom

Peel and dice an apple then sprinkle the pieces in the bottom of the puff pastry . Next sprinkle the vanilla sugar cinnamon and salted caramel all over the apples .

Step 3
Place the second pastry circle over the apples and pinch down the sides to seal. Turn the waffle maker on medium low heat and cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crunchy
