Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the grill to 200c
Step 2
Cook the bacon and/or sausages (depending on your choice of filling) according to the packet instructions
Step 3
Slice the bagel in half and spread the cream cheese on.
Step 4
Add the cheese slice and put the bagel half with the slice on under the grill for a few minutes to melt the cheese
Step 5
Once melted, remove from the grill and add everything bagel seasoning
Step 6
Add the spinach, bacon and/or sausage filling and sandwich together
Step 7
Place under the grill for 5 minutes total, turning halfway through, or until toasted on each side
