For the Meatballs
1 lbsGround Lamb
1egg
3cloves garlic
2 TBSParsley
Chopped
2 tsporegano
1 tspcumin
1 tspkosher salt
½ tsppepper
¼ tspred pepper flakes
3 Tbsolive oil
For the Green Goddess Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Form into 16 meatballs and place on prepared baking sheets.
Step 2
Drizzle meatballs with oil and bake until golden and cooked through, 20 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, make sauce: In a food processor blend together yogurt, mayonnaise, basil, parsley, chives, oregano, lemon juice, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and adjust with any additional herbs to taste.
Step 4
Serve meatballs warm with green goddess sauce for dipping
