Instructions
Step 1
Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Grill the two Beyond Burger® patties according to packaging, about 4 minutes each side. Add a slice of plant-based cheddar cheese to the patty during the last minute on the grill.
Step 3
Heat the buns for about a minute on the grill.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients together for the special sauce.
Step 5
Assemble the burgers. Spread 2 tbsp. of special sauce on the bottom bun. Add 2 leaves of lettuce, 2 slices of tomatoes, the Beyond Burger with cheese, 4 slices of onion, 4 pickle slices, and top with the bun.
