Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF (191ºC).
Step 2
Toss the potatoes, cherry tomatoes and broccoli with the olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Spread across the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Step 3
After 20 minutes, heat a skillet over medium/high heat. Brown the steak on both sides for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and add to the pan with veggies. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until steak is cooked to your liking.
Step 4
Remove the pan from the oven, divide onto plates and enjoy!
