Passover Grilled Cheese Sandwich
I got this recipe from an old Passover Cookbook. Unfortunately, I didn’t notate the title.
I make this recipe at least once every Passover. It is a big hit with the kids. Big hit with my cheese-loving hubby too. ~Marilyn Sultar

Instructions
Step 1
Quickly run matzo sunder cold running water, then shake excess water off.
Step 2
(MSS NOTE: Recipe doesn’t say to do this, but before I put the cheese between the matzo, I butter both sides of the matzos. I think it tastes better.)
Step 3
Place yellow cheese between the two matzo. (MSS NOTE: Really can use almost any kind of cheese that melts .)
Step 4
Melt some butter in a frying pan. Swirl the melted butter around pan to coat the bottom of it.
Step 5
Place the matzo sandwich in the pan, and cook slowly until brown.
Step 6
Turn over and brown on second side.
Step 7
Serve hot.
