Instructions

Step 1
Combine together the egg with erythritol, then add flour, milk, salt and dry yeast,
Step 2
Knead the dough for a few minutes, it might be a bit too moist, add some extra flour but not to much, make sure it is hydrated. Transfer it into a bowl with some olive oil and let it rise covered with a cloth in a warm place for 2 hours or until doubled in size.
Step 3
Roll out the dough, create the circles, fill with tomato sauce and mozzarella and fold them again.
Step 4
Brush with an egg yolk and a drop of milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180° for 12 minutes.
