Step 1
In a large bowl add the oats pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds flaxseed chia seed psyllium husks salt and nuts and mix to combine ( of the nuts are big like walnuts you can break them a little bit to make the pieces smaller )

In another large bowl pour the beans with the liquid and use a stab mixer to blend them until

Add water and oil to the beans and whisk to combine then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until

Grease 3 clean 500 ml weck jars and divide the dough into each one pushing down firmly to avoid any trapped air , leave about 1 inch space at the top of the jar then cover them with the lids and let the dough rest for 20 minutes

Take the metal tray out of the oven so it’s at room temperature then preheat the oven to 200 c top and bottom oven .
Step 6
When the oven reaches temperature put the Weck glasses without the lids on the metal tray then slide into the oven and bake for 70 minutes
Step 7
Once baked sterilize the lids of the jars and rubber bands with boiling water then dry them thoroughly and place the lids on top of the bread. Turn upside down for a few minutes then the bread should loosen from the bottom. This bread can be stored in a cool dark place for up to 1 year
