Instructions
Step 1
Put bread, onion, garlic, mint, parsley, chicken stock and olive oil into a food processor and pulse
Step 2
Next, add the processed mixture into a bowl with the minced turkey. Add an egg as well as salt, pepper and cumin.
Step 3
Mix well with your hands until thoroughly combined
Step 4
Shape into patties according to your size preference
Step 5
Salt and pepper the exterior before searing in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil
Step 6
Once cooked, remove from the heat and serve with any side you like.
