Salted Caramel Protein Banana Bread Muffins
5 steps
Prep:10minCook:20min
Makes 16 mini muffins. Add more mixture to each case to make bigger ones.
I find the best way to get more protein is to make healthy breakfasts and snacks with powder!
For this recipe I used a salted caramel protein powder by Protein World (use code SHANNEN30 for 30% off their website)
For the syrups I used a salted caramel one for baking and a banoffee pie one for swirling, both by Skinny Food Co. (follow this link to get 20% off their website) -

I’d love to see if you make these delicious protein muffins! If you do, tag me on Instagram or TikTok @CeginKali
