Instructions
Step 1
Wash the rice till the water comes out clear. Then put the rice in water and let it sit for 10 min.
Step 2
Boil that rice on max and then lower it on minimum. Close the lid and let it boil for about 20 min. Stir gently every 5-10 min.
Step 3
Remove from heat, but let the rice sit with the lid on for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
While the rice is cooking mix the vinegar, sugar and salt.
Step 5
When the rice is done, add the vinegar mixture and mix with a fork. Then let the rice cool down.
Step 6
Cut a cucumber lengthwise in the meantime.
Step 7
Put a plastic wrap on the sushi wrap. Add a precut Nori (cut off about 5 cm)
Step 8
Add rice on 3/4 of the Nori. Add cucumber peace in the middle then roll. Repeat once again.
Step 9
Wet knife and cut sushi into 6 pieces per Nori. Should have 12 sushi and 1/2 cup of rice left.
