Instructions
Step 1
Brown hamburger, cut sausage into bit size pieces and add to brown.
Step 2
Add water and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer about 10 minutes
Step 3
Add peppers, mushrooms, carrots, onion and the salsa. Simmer until carrots are tender
Step 4
Add bouillon and spices to taste
Step 5
Ladle hot soup over cooked macaroni
