Instructions
Step 1
Chop strawberries & combine with orange juice, sugar, optional vinegar, & 1/2 cup water in saucepan
Simmer for 7 minutes until berries are soft
Step 2
Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup water
Add to strawberries & simmer stirring until thixk
Step 3
Purée in blender or processor until smooth
