Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/ Garlic

8 steps
Prep:15minCook:17min
This is a tasty side dish. I got the original receipt from seriouseats.com but altered it to what I had on hand and added garlic. I love me some garlic. So my version serves 2 more because I used 2 lbs rather than 1.5 lbs. be sure to check out Serious ways. Looks like they’ve got some good stuff there. I also reduce my cook time as they were done in 17 minutes not 20(ovens vary).
