Instructions

Step 1
Wrap tofu in paper towels then in cooking towel and put on plate. Put cutting board on top and something heavy like a book for 20 minutes. Slice tofu in 8 equal slices lengthwise. Lay in glass container. Mix all other ingredients and pour on top and marinate for 20 minutes. Bake at 400• degrees for 25-30 minutes. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and green onions. If using for bowls reheat in air fryer for 3-5 min to crisp
