Instructions
Step 1
Crush weetabix and mix with milk. Set aside.
Step 2
Make the raspberry cream by crushing the raspberries in a small bowl and mixing in the powdered sugar and yogurt.
Step 3
Make the chocolate ganache by mixing the cream cheese, cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
Step 4
Layer by pressing the weetabix into the bottom of a bowl, then pour in the raspberry cream and top with the chocolate ganache.
Step 5
Refrigerate overnight.
