Instructions

Step 1
Make salad: in a bowl, mic cucumber, tomato, yogurt and dill. Season with salt to taste.
Step 2
Bring 1 and 1/4 cup water to boil. Add pearl couscous and cook until nearly all water is gone. Add shallot, salt, pepper and a touch of olive oil. Finish cooking, making sure that the shallow becomes translucent.
Step 3
Meanwhile, season the chicken with salt, pepper and Za’atar spice mix. Cook in a pan over medium heat until chicken is done.
Step 4
Assemble the plate (or bowl): chicken, couscous, cucumber salat and hummus.
