16chicken meatballs teriyaki and pineapple
1 cupchicken broth
2 Tbspgarlic
fresh chopped
1 Tbspfresh ginger
chopped
1 Tbspsesame oil
1 Tbspsoy sauce
2 cupswhite rice
or brown rice or cauliflower rice
1 handfulcarrots
shredded
1red bell pepper
large, julienned
1 x 8 ozsliced mushrooms
1avocado
chopped
green onions
chopped
sushi soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost chicken meatballs. In large skillet add chicken stock (you can add more if needed), garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil. This will be your sauce, so adjust ingredients to your taste.
Step 2
Place meatballs in sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Volleyballs are simmering prepare rice. We prefer the cauliflower rice but also good with white or brown rice.
Step 4
While rice and meatballs are cooking, chop up all your fresh vegetables for the bowl.
Step 5
Once meatballs and rice are done, prepare bowls by layering rice, then meatballs, then top with all the fresh chopped vegetables. Add sauce as desired to bowl and drizzle sushi sauce on top.
