You can add a white choc filling too but biscoff and raspberries is actually the best combo! The natvia sprinkle on top helps the berries crystallise without turning into prunes 😂

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 2
In a food processor, blend flour, protein, baking powder, banana, milk and monkfruit sweetener until smooth. Alternatively, mix ingredients in a bowl.

Step 3
Place 3/4 batter into a ramekin and add your filling in the middle. Slightly cover it with remaining batter. The closer to the top, the better the ooze.

Place berries over the top and sprinkle some natural granulated sweetener.
