Everyone has a special recipe, there are tons of variants but this is just a basic, traditional and still exceptional lasagna with bolognese sauce.

Instructions
Step 1
Ease down a spoon of besciamella and bolognese sauce in baking dish, spread it and ease down, on top of it a layer of lasagna.

Step 2
On top of the lasagna sheet, spread some bolognese sauce, besciamella and handful of grated parmesan. Cover with another lasagna sheet and continue until you are done with all the ingredients.

Step 3
When you are done with all the ingredients, cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and warm up the oven.

When the oven is warm, bake the lasagna for about 20 minutes and 10 more without the foil. If you have the grill function on your oven you can use it for the last 10 minutes so the lasagna can become a little more crispy.
