Step 1
In the bottom of your mason jar layer your banana slices, then your strawberries, then your dry oats, and then your hemp seeds. Next, combine the milk, protein powder and collagen and blend well. Poor protein milk mixture over the layers in your mason jar. Secure tightly with lid, shake vigorously and refrigerate overnight (2 hours minimum). Enjoy cold.
