Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Keep some pasta cooking water. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cook the garlic in olive oil. 1 min.
Step 3
Add the oregano and stir on medium heat. Be careful not to overcook it.
Step 4
Add the tomato paste and stir for about 1min.
Step 5
Add the pasta water. Cook for about 2 mins.
Step 6
Add the cream and stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Add the pasta and parmesan. Stir and it's ready. Bon appétit !
