Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and line a square baking dish with oil and parchment paper. Arrange the 18 Oreos on the bottom of the pan.
Step 2
In a mixer- add bananas, butter, coconut oil and sugar. Cream together for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix for another minute.
Step 4
Add in flour, baking soda and salt and mix until combined.
Step 5
Stir in white chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.
Step 6
Pour batter over Oreos in baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool then cut into squares and enjoy!
