0.25 headred cabbage
4kale leaves
finely cut and de-stemmed
½ cupbeetroot
julienned
0.5carrot
julienned
¼ cupradish
finely sliced
1 TbspnArame Seaweed
1 Tbspnroasted sesame seeds
1 Tbspnnigella seeds
2 tbspnkasha
roasted buckwheat groats
Dressing:
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the Arame in water for 20 minutes
Step 2
Make the dressing by combining all ingredients in a bottle and shake really well.
Step 3
Combine cabbage, kale, beetroot, carrot and radishes.
Step 4
Pour dressing over these and let it sit for at least 10minutes
Step 5
When ready to eat, add the Arame, sesame seeds, nigella seeds and buckwheat groats.
