Using a blender or food processor

Peel banana and add to blender. Blend until no chunks remain

Place pan on stove over medium-low heat

Add batter to pan till desired size is reached

Cook on one side till it turns golden brown
Step 11
Flip over and cook till centre is cooked

Add to plate and top with berries and maple syrup, or any other toppings you desire
