3boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tspchili powder
1 tspground cumin
1 tspsalt
3 cupschicken broth
1can black beans
drained and rinsed
28 ozdiced tomatoes
15 ozdiced tomatoes

1can green chilis
4 oztomato paste

1onion
medium, chopped
1red pepper
chopped
1yellow pepper
chopped
1canned chipotle in adobo
0.5lime
juiced
Instructions
Step 1
Put chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, some salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, chicken broth, black beans, green chilis, tomato paste, onion, chipotle pepper and bell peppers.
Step 3
Place lid on and cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours.
Step 4
Remove chicken and shred with 2 forks. Use an immersion blender until soup is smooth. Stir in lime juice and add chicken back to the pot. Serve.
Step 5
Top with avocado, sour cream, grated cheddar, crushed Doritos and chopped cilantro.
