½ cupcreamy peanut butter
¼ cupsoy sauce
2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
2 tablespoonssherry
2garlic cloves

¼ teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
3 dropshot pepper sauce
12 ouncesspaghetti
uncooked
1 poundbeef top sirloin steak
thinly sliced
canola oil
divided
½ cupfresh carrot
thinly sliced
½ cupsweet red pepper
julienned
1 cupfresh snow peas
2green onions
sliced
¼ cupsalted peanuts
chopped, or leave out but adds crunch
2 tablespoonsfresh cilantro
minced, garnish, not necessary if you don't like taste

In a small saucepan, bring the first eight ingredients just to a boil, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Remove from the heat; set aside.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions,

In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry beef in 1/2 teaspoon oil until no longer pink.
Step 6
Remove and keep warm
Step 7
Stir-fry carrot and red pepper in remaining oil for 3-4 minutes.
Step 8
Add snow peas and onions; stir-fry 2-3 minutes longer or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Step 9
Return beef to skillet.
Step 10
Drain noodles; add to the pan.
Step 11
Add peanut sauce and toss to coat.

Sprinkle with peanuts
