Legume is traditionally created as a thick vegetable stew. Which incorporates different vegetables depending on each person's favorites or what they have on hand. Traditionally, you could find eggplant, cabbage, carrots, chayote, spinach, and/ or watercress in a legume or a mixture of all of them. Legume could be made using just vegetables or could incorporate meat or seafood into the dish. Feel free to replace 21 oz. of Gardein Porkless Bites (2 Packages) with 21 oz. Cubed Pork bites and Legume cubes (Knorr Brand) with Chicken Cubes (Knorr Brand). To fit your dietary preference and taste.

Instructions
Step 1
In Dutch oven Pre cook Porkless Bites or Pork bites and shrimp as directed. Season with Complete Seasoning. Remove and put aside
Step 2
In a Dutch oven add oil, onion, garlic sauté until onion is translucent.
Step 3
Add tomato paste and sauté for 3 minutes while stirring.
Step 4
Add water and Spinach. Add enough water to cover Spinach bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add Knorr cubes and salt (to taste) cook until Spinach is wilted and most water has evaporated.
Step 6
Add choice of pre cooked meat(Step 1) and cook in sauce for 5-8 minutes.
