Instructions

Step 1
Assemble all ingredients.
Step 2
Prepare vegetables and herbs.
Step 3
Cook the millet as per packet instruction. Add some turmeric powder and salt to the water when cooking. When cooked; strain and allow to cool.
Step 4
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and gently mix together.
Step 5
Season with lime vinaigrette, salt and pepper
Step 6
Serve.
