1 bagfish pie mix

⅓ cupwhite onion
frozen
⅓ cupred onion
frozen
⅓ cupleek
frozen
¼ cupsweetcorn
frozen
¼ cuppeas

0.5kgpotatoes
for topping
Cheesy bechamel sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes.
Step 2
In separate pot boil all veggies together with fish for about 5 mins. Pour the water off.
Step 3
Make bechamel, add oxo cube, splash of Maggi, garlic, parmesan and chopped parsley.
Step 4
Mix bechamel with veggies and fish and move to pie dish.
Step 5
Mash potatoes, add some salt and place it on top of the fish pie. Bake 30 mins.
