Not too bad. I think the specs would be good. I did not do low sodium broth and it was too salty. Needed 1/2 tsp. I also needed more cheese. Did not have all. I used wild rice. I wish it were more creamy. and I wish the recipe was all in one pan in oven. I did it 45 at 400
in oven.
**Made a 2nd time and just threw it in oven. 2 dishes so needed 3 1/2 c broth. Cooked it for 1 hr 10 min at 350 and seems good. Would like
to make in one 9x12 dish but did not have.
