Dangerously close to being eaten before I could get a picture. A great basic recipe I worked off for cooking times and temps.
I added taco seasoning to the mash mixture and served with sour cream. Delicious!
I just realised I didn’t follow the instructions for the last bake! I was so hungry I threw it in at 200 degrees celsius for 5 minutes and then another 2. 10 @ 180 probably would have been even better.
