My whole family loved this even my grandbabies. I made corn tortillas crispy in iron skillet no grease I just cooked them crisp. In Skillet I got my pork out of instant pot after it cooked for 60 mins shredded it and crisped it and stuffed my corn tortillas with them and onions and cheese. I did not want BBQ sauce on them this time but may try it later. So So delicious my grandbabies wanted it again.
