Simple and quick to make, tasty but I felt it was missing something. I added Italian seasoning and peppers as I had them in the fridge. I used fresh spinach which I added at the end when the rice finished cooking, allowed to sit for 5 mins with lid on before adding feta and serving. My husband enjoyed and gave a rating of 8/10 so will probs make again at some point but won't be rushing to try again anytime soon
