Delicious! And easy to make. Wasn’t overly sweet. The pancakes didn’t have that strong of a lemon flavor but I also used lemon peel powder as opposed to zest. My husband wasn’t a huge fan of the syrup; he said it was because it wasn’t as thick as he was anticipating.
