I've actually been making my own (organic) version of this super yummy, super easy, & healthy dish for a few years. It is hands-down absolutely one of my top faves to make; not only is it a cinch to bring together, but it's also very versatile, so you can easily add-in, and/or adjust seasonings/ingredients, if necessary. Love garlic? Go ahead, add more! Some crushed red pepper flakes? You bet! While you're at it, feel free to toss in a handful (or two!) of fresh, chopped basil, sliced cherry/grape tomatoes, a happy drizzle of evoo! Oh! And who doesn't appreciate a lovely sprinkle of Italian parsley? Go for it!
