For the tartare sauce, I used mayo and relish (same difference). We didn't have any onions, but will add that next time. I am not a fan of seafood, but I LOVED this. Added a little bit of cayenne pepper when seasoning the fish, but not too much.

Sweet relish, any brand will do. (Also added Dijon mustard, forgot to add that part)
