Needs time to factor in time needed in fridge for pastry and also preparing all the ingredients but very easy to assemble and tasty . I used 2 garlic bulbs and sprinkled a little sugar on the tomatoes. I used a wide circumference shallow pie tin and it worked well. There are a lot of tomatoes! Very good with green salad.
It’s a big tart which could serve eight easily. I am going to try freezing some.
