This was so yummy and easy to make! I cooked the chicken in my instant pot with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. I put about 1/3 cup of the broth over the chicken to help keep it moist in the baking dish. I added corn flake crumbs with melted butter on top to add some crunch.
