To cook the salmon in foil in the pan: Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, lemon pepper, olive oil, thyme. Fold into pouch. Place in pan on medium high heat, with lid on, for 10 minutes. Turn heat down if sizzle sounds too loud. To serve, pour melted butter on top. Serve with butter rice
