I used leftover rotisserie chicken to cut down on time. It still took over an hour from start to finish. However, it was one of the best soups I've ever had. The dumplings were so delicious and fluffy. I'll definitely make it again.
Notes: Used tapatio for hot sauce, and omitted the peas and bullion
