Have been making sourdough bread for years, but this recipe is easy and quite good. I usually use just 50g of whole wheat and add 50g of rye. Then, I add grains to increase the fiber content. One or two tbsp of rye seeds is a good place to start. I wouldn't hesitate to experiment with this recipe (with add-ins), as it is so good that you really can't mess it up as long as you stick to the basics.
