Really loved this recipe!
Next time I would like to add spinach to add some greens to it.
I have also been recommended to cook the rice in coconut milk - will try this next time.
As I follow a low FODMAP diet, I made the following alterations:
- crushed garlic (removed at the very end) for flavour
- Peppers and asafoetida powder instead of onions
- Alpro soya cream instead of yoghurt
Korma is never a spicy curry, but I added a few chilli flakes for some extra heat.
