Really good taco seasoning. I don't much care for my taco seasoning spicy because I am a wimp but you can easily do less of it no red pepper flakes, I just cut the amount down. I did do a little less cumin, maybe 1/2 - 3/4 the amount since it is strong. Turned out great.
