Easy and delicious! I'd definitely suggest using Impossible Beef instead of regular beef if you can find it. The flavor is so much better. Also, the beef stuck to the pan, so I'd probably use a hotter temp with more grease on a not non-stick surface (so... a stick surface?). Maybe my wok. Regardless, super good! Will make again.
