Delicious!! Effectively took me four hours lmao and as you can see i was not able to master the fold. Also difficult to cook them right - the batch i took a photo of were ones i cooked on a wire rack in a pot of water on the stove. But I also made another batch in my instant pot's steamer setting and those were a disaster lol. but with all the difficulty, this is a recipe I look forward to trying to master

- While folding, make sure to keep the seems that you're folding dry, otherwise the won't stick (using less filling to dough ratio might help) -have you followed the instructions while steaming? The steamer should be covered (try to wrap the lid in a cloth so the condensation doesn't drip on the dumplings. If you can give me more information about the problems you're having, maybe I can help you troubleshooting
