- While folding, make sure to keep the seems that you're folding dry, otherwise the won't stick (using less filling to dough ratio might help)
-have you followed the instructions while steaming? The steamer should be covered (try to wrap the lid in a cloth so the condensation doesn't drip on the dumplings.
