I didn't really follow the recipe as I had think pork escalopes so no point really in using the pressure cooker. BUT I panfried the pork quickly then fried off the onion and garlic before adding a bit of flour and the rest of the ingredients. Delicious gravy, super easy and will try in the pressure cooker in the future !
