The flavor was amazing. I think should've oiled the pie dish, the slices didn't come out very easily. I don't think I thinned out my egg wash enough as it came out noticeably yellow. The cranberries were fantastic, I think I would have soaked them in a higher concentration of sugar water for a bit longer.
