Pasta is very tricky in the Instant Pot. And I honestly wouldn't bother trying to get spaghetti (or fettuccine, etc) to work, because without the ability to stir and separate the strands, it's nigh impossible to not have some uncooked clumps. Stick with things like macaroni, penne, and fusili.

Wow I love the instant for rice and pasta. Never had a problem and so much faster
