I used fresh Cod Loins. Added more garlic, also cayenne peppers, did it all with 1 small bottle white vine (no water), seasoned with crayfish powder mixed into the vine. Added only ½ cup tomato-chillie sauce. No yellow raisins but black currants instead and no peppers. I also added 180grs peeled King Prawns. And it turned out very simple and delicious. Will make it again.
